CAFI, under the supervision of our Scientific Director Sylvain Charlebois, releases 4 to 6 studies on specific food issues, yearly, in addition to Canada’s Food Price Report release every December and is studying the use of data from all angles: environmental, ocean and clean technologies, agricultural, science, health, hospitality, consumer preference, supply chains, culture, and policy.
