Many studies released yearly

The mission of the Institute, with the help of the prospective method, is to evaluate and analyze current agri-food systems to understand the future of agri-food systems by generating highly accessible, constant reports for the broader public, and industry.

Under the supervision of our Scientific Director Sylvain Charlebois, 4 to 6 studies on specific food issues are released yearly. In addition, Canada’s Food Price Report is released every December and is studying the use of data from all angles: environmental, ocean and clean technologies, agricultural, science, health, hospitality, consumer preference, supply chains, culture, and policy.
